To offer from the right

Hz. Enes bin Malik (ra): “Rasulullah saw came to Medina when I was 10 years old and passed away when I was 20.

While my mothers were encouraging me to serve our Prophet saw, he came to our home. We milked our sheep and added water in order for it to be enough.” Rasulullah’s saw was accompanied by Hz. Ebu Bekir ra present at his right, Hz Omer ra opposite him and a fellow villager at his left.

After Rasulullah saw finished drinking, while indicating Hz Ebu Bekir ra Hz Omer ra said “behold Ebu Bekir Ya Rasulullah!” Hoever Rasulullah saw gave the milk to the villager and repeated “ ones on the right” three times.

Enes ra then said “this is sunnah, this is sunnah, this is sunnah”
